Irorich syrup offers a carefully formulated blend of established components: Ferric ammonium citrate, a well-absorbed iron compound derived from iron, ammonia, and citric acid, known for superior patient tolerability; Vitamin B12, crucial for neurological health and red blood cell production; and folic acid, essential for healthy cell synthesis. The citrate's optimal tolerability ensures consistent treatment adherence, a key factor in long-term hematinic therapy. Its rapid iron delivery swiftly addresses iron deficiency, accelerating anemia resolution and replenishing iron reserves. Folic acid, metabolically inactive in its initial form, undergoes conversion to active tetrahydrofolate and methyltetrahydrofolate via hepatic dihydrofolate reductase. Indicated for: iron-deficiency anemia, pregnancy-related anemia, anemia from chronic bleeding, supplemental support during lactation, chronic illness, appetite loss, fatigue, and poor concentration.
