The JusChek+ Alcohol Rapid Urine Dipstick is a sensitive test for detecting alcohol in urine. Individual responses to alcohol vary greatly due to factors like body size, weight, dietary habits, and alcohol tolerance. Excessive alcohol consumption contributes significantly to accidents, injuries, and health problems. A positive result is indicated by a blue color on the dipstick, with intensity correlating to blood alcohol concentration (BAC). A lighter blue than the 0.02% BAC reference pad still denotes alcohol presence, though below 0.02% BAC. If only the outer edges show color, repeat the test to ensure proper urine saturation. The test is single-use only. The color ranges from light blue (approximately 0.02% BAC) to dark blue (near 0.30% BAC), with color pads provided for BAC estimation. Results between color pads represent intermediate BAC levels. A negative result shows no color change. Discard tests showing initial blue coloration. Before use, allow the dipstick to reach room temperature (15-30°C). Submerge the dipstick vertically in the urine sample for at least 15 seconds, timing immediately. Read the result after 3-5 minutes, comparing the color to the provided chart. Always read the label; for in-vitro diagnostic use only. Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from children. Do not use after the expiration date.

How to Use JusChek+ Alcohol Rapid Test Dipstick (Urine):

Bring the packaged dipstick to room temperature (15–30°C) before use. Collect your urine sample in the supplied container. Open the foil wrapping and retrieve the dipstick. Inspect the central reactive area of the dipstick. Discard the dipstick if the reactive area displays blue coloration before urine contact. Submerge the dipstick fully into the urine sample for a minimum of 15 seconds. Begin timing immediately after immersion. Interpret the results after 3–5 minutes. Match the reactive area's color to the provided color chart to determine the approximate blood alcohol level.
