This initiative by Sewaj Neesim repurposes retired military uniforms. Its three-layer construction features a supremely soft, hypoallergenic, bio-washed cotton inner layer for superior comfort and filtration. A central melt-blown/spun-bond non-woven filter offers >99% filtration efficiency at 3 microns. The durable outer layer, crafted from recycled army uniforms, shields the inner layers from larger particles and splashes. ASTM standard testing, conducted by a NABL accredited laboratory, verifies its filtration capabilities. This mask protects against airborne irritants, dust, allergens, pollens, and pathogens. Made with 100% cotton for the inner layer, and recycled army uniform fabric for a breathable, quick-drying outer layer, it includes an adjustable nose wire and ear loops for a secure, comfortable fit. The innovative microfiber filter utilizes melt-blown/spun-bond technology for exceptional protection against pollutants, dust, spores, smog, and microparticles. Hand-wash in lukewarm water (30-40°C); avoid bleach, excessive squeezing, and high-heat ironing (under 60°C). Replace the mask if breathing becomes difficult.
