Kencitm Syrup, featuring magnesium citrate and potassium citrate as its key components, aids in urinary tract health. Potassium citrate primarily alters renal citrate processing, resulting in urine less prone to calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate, and uric acid crystallization. This effect also suppresses spontaneous nucleation of calcium oxalate and brushite. Magnesium citrate further contributes by hindering calcium oxalate crystal formation. Kencitm Syrup is indicated for maintaining electrolyte balance, preventing and treating kidney stones, supporting optimal renal function, and specifically preventing calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis.
