Magaldrate, light magnesium carbonate, and sodium alginate are the active components of Kumacid Forte Syrup. Alginic acid creates a protective layer atop stomach acid, preventing reflux. Carbonates counteract any acid breaching this barrier. Magaldrate, an antacid, reduces stomach acidity, providing relief from heartburn and indigestion. Instructions: Shake well before each use.
