Acidophilus granules, marketed as Lactrol Granules, offer powdered relief from various digestive ailments. These granules, containing *Lactobacillus acidophilus*, address conditions including colitis, dyspepsia, flatulence, malabsorption, and stomatitis. The companion Lactrol tablets further support gut health, restoring beneficial bacteria and correcting microbial imbalances. Lactrol Granules effectively manage loose stools (including antibiotic-associated and traveler's diarrhea), excessive gas, abdominal pain, and bloating across all age groups. They are also beneficial for digestive disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and *Helicobacter pylori* infections (a cause of ulcers).
