The Med Thermovent T2 is a sterile, single-use heat and moisture exchanger (HME) intended for medical applications. This device effectively humidifies the airways of spontaneously breathing patients with tracheostomy tubes, bypassing their natural upper airway humidification. Its function is heat and moisture exchange. The device is intended for single use and provides effective humidification for spontaneously breathing patients whose upper airways are bypassed. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry location away from sunlight and out of reach of children. Application: One or two securing strips may be used depending on the need for added fixation. Always consult the product label prior to use.
