Nagarjuna Ashokaarishtam is a formulation blending Ashoka, Kashayam, Guda, Prakshepa, Dhataki, Musta, Shunti, Ajaji, Daruharidra, Utpala, Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Amalaki, Amrasthi, Jeeraka, Vasa (whole plant), and Chandana. Its primary applications include managing menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding), dysmenorrhea (painful periods), fever, bleeding disorders (such as epistaxis), bleeding hemorrhoids, indigestion, and anorexia. Dosage: 5-10ml, once or twice daily post-meal, or as prescribed. Intended for menstrual irregularities, digestive concerns, and hemorrhoidal issues. Store in a cool, dry location.
