Nagarjuna Patthyaaksha Dhaathryaadi Kashaayam, a traditional Ayurvedic formulation, blends Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Andrographis paniculata, Curcuma longa, Azadirachta indica, and Tinospora cordifolia. This herbal concoction is traditionally employed to alleviate headaches, particularly frontal and temporal pain, including migraine.
