Nagarjuna Thraiphala Ghrutham is a formulation blending Triphala (Haritaki, Vibhitaki, and Amla), Trikatu (ginger, long pepper, and black pepper), dried grapes, licorice root, Katukarohini, lotus extract, cardamom, Vidanga, Nagakeshar, Nilotpala, Shweta Sariva, Krishna Sariva, sandalwood, turmeric, Daruharidra, clarified butter (ghee), milk, and Triphala decoction. This Ayurvedic medicine offers therapeutic benefits, including supportive care for tumors and early cataracts, and addressing conditions like erysipelas, excessive vaginal discharge, and ocular ailments (eye pain, itching, discharge, pterygium). It may also help manage cough, edema, hair loss, and intermittent fevers. Its balancing effect targets Pitta and Vata doshas. Administer ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, typically before meals, once or twice daily, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
