Secure the cap tightly by turning clockwise. Invert and check for leaks. Apply to the affected area. Condensation may occur after 15-20 minutes; wrap in a soft towel to prevent skin moisture buildup. Unscrew the cap by rotating it leftward to open the ice bag. Add ice cubes until the bag is about two-thirds full. Secure the cap by twisting it to the right until firmly fastened. Invert the bag and press its base to check for leaks. Apply the ice pack to the affected area. Expect moisture to collect on the bag's exterior after 15–20 minutes. For skin protection and to minimize condensation, wrap the pack in a soft cloth. Use the ice pack for 20–30 minutes (maximum) per application. Allow at least an hour between applications.
