DermaClear Lotion combines ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione to combat dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Ketoconazole targets fungi and yeasts, disrupting their cell membranes by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, a vital component of fungal cell walls, leading to their destruction. Zinc pyrithione complements this action by moderating scalp cell turnover, reducing scaling and flaking associated with dandruff. DermaClear Lotion prevents and treats dandruff, addressing flaking, scaling, itching, and inflammation. It cleanses the scalp, controls dandruff recurrence, and is suitable for all hair types. Application: 1. Dispense a small amount into your hand. 2. Gently massage into a lather. 3. Allow to remain for 5-10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Use twice weekly for four weeks; thereafter, use once weekly for maintenance. Discontinuation may result in symptom recurrence. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
