Filter-free design for rapid, on-demand gas release. Waterproof, easy to install and use. Relieves gas pressure in ostomy bags. **Instructions:** 1. **Pouch Preparation:** Employ the secure, two-way locking system. Wipe the pouch top with a clean, dry cloth. 2. **Attachment:** Position the Air Vent (AV) near the pouch top. Peel back the adhesive backing (easily done with a finger). Clean and dry the application area before adhering the AV at the most convenient angle. 3. **Pouch Perforation:** After secure AV attachment, gently pull the pouch material over the AV opening. Create a small vent hole using a sterile needle, pin, or clean toothpick (sufficiently sized for gas release). 4. **Usage:** The AV is now operational. **Safety Precautions:** Always read the product label before use. How to Use Osto Care Ostomy Air Vent:

First, prepare the pouch: Its secure, dual-locking mechanism simplifies application. Wipe the pouch top clean with a dry tissue. Next, attach the Ostomy Air Vent (OAV): Position the OAV near the pouch's top edge. Gently peel away the OAV adhesive using a finger. Cleanse and thoroughly dry the application area before attaching the OAV at the most comfortable angle. Third, create a vent: After secure OAV attachment, gently pull the pouch material over the OAV. Using a sterile needle, toothpick, or similar clean implement, create a vent hole through the designated pouch area, ensuring sufficient air release. Finally, the system is ready for use.
