Holding the device by its thumb grip, point the absorbent tip downward and directly into the urine stream for 15–30 seconds, ensuring complete saturation. Avoid contact between the urine and the result window. Alternatively, collect urine in a clean, dry container and immerse the absorbent tip for 15–30 seconds. Replace the cap immediately after removing the device from the urine. Lay the device flat. Interpret the results within 5–10 minutes; disregard any readings after 10 minutes.
