Its comfortable construction utilizes soft cotton, PU foam, and spandex. Measure forearm length (including elbow) to select the correct size: S (13.5"/34.29cm), M (14.5"/36.83cm), L (15.5"/39.37cm), XL (16.5"/41.91cm). To use: insert arm, positioning the elbow fully within the sling and securing the straps through the D-rings to achieve a 90-degree elbow angle.
