Ayurvedic Platelet Support capsules leverage Carica papaya extract, rich in the enzyme papain. Traditionally, papaya leaf is used to address low platelet counts associated with dengue fever and chikungunya. Low platelet levels indicate insufficient thrombocytes, crucial for blood coagulation. This formulation is indicated for dengue, malaria, cancer chemotherapy patients, and immunocompromised individuals post-viral infection. Dosage: >50,000 platelets/µL: two capsules daily; <50,000 platelets/µL: two capsules twice daily. Treatment duration: 5-10 days for dengue, malaria, or viral infections; 15-30 days for immune thrombocytopenia.
