Features include: easy use, portability, antifreeze properties, microwaveability, washability, reusability, and flexibility. Instructions: Cold application: Freeze for approximately 60 minutes. Hot application: Microwave (room temperature: 30 seconds; frozen: 60 seconds) at medium power, checking temperature and adding 10-second intervals as needed (adjust times for microwave wattage). Alternatively, immerse in boiling water (removed from heat) for 4-10 minutes, checking every minute after 4 minutes. Safety: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
