Cold therapy effectively reduces swelling from injuries, cools burns, and provides temporary relief. This convenient pack is ideal for muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis, headaches, toothaches, and menstrual discomfort. Its features include antifreeze properties, microwave and hot water heating, washability, reusability, flexibility, and portability. For cold application, freeze for approximately one hour. For hot application, microwave for 30 seconds (room temperature) or 60 seconds (frozen) at medium power, checking temperature frequently; adjust time based on your microwave's wattage (800W guideline). Alternatively, immerse in boiling water (removed from heat) for 4-10 minutes, checking every minute after 4 minutes. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
