Cold application effectively reduces swelling from injuries, eases minor burns, and lowers inflammation. This convenient pack provides temporary relief from muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis, headaches, toothaches, and menstrual discomfort. Its features include antifreeze properties, microwave and hot water heating compatibility, washability, reusability, and flexibility. For cold application, simply freeze for about an hour. For hot application, microwave (room temperature: 30 seconds; frozen: 1 minute) at medium power, checking frequently and adjusting time (approximately 10-second increments for 800W microwaves) as needed. Alternatively, immerse in boiling water (removed from heat) for 4-10 minutes, checking every minute. Store in a cool, dry, shaded area. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
