This medication addresses cardiac weakness and myocardial dilation associated with various heart conditions. It's particularly useful in decompensated heart failure, especially when atrial fibrillation develops. It strengthens the heart muscle, boosting systolic force, and alleviates debilitating fatigue. It may also help manage hypertension. Each 5 ml contains: German Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) 1.00 ml, Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum Annuum) 0.50 ml, Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) 1.50 ml, Wild Yam (Dioscorea Villosa) 1.00 ml, and Indian Tobacco (Lobelia Inflata) 1.00 ml. Pharmacological Action: German Chamomile has been linked to gastrointestinal upset and headaches in some cases. Cayenne Pepper is indicated for chest tightness worsened by slight movement and accompanied by throbbing chest pain. Wild Yam addresses sensations of fullness and weakness, with sharp, dull, or cutting lung pain. Indian Tobacco is used for sharp cardiac pain, pericardial anxiety, and profound cardiac weakness.
