This medication addresses temporary impediments to blood oxygenation by stimulating respiratory centers, enhancing oxygenation, and carbonic acid excretion. It proves effective in various asthma presentations, including cardiac asthma. Each 5ml contains: Ipecac 3X (0.5ml), Aconitum Napellus 6X (0.25ml), Antimonium Tartaricum 6X (1.0ml), Arsenicum Album 6X (0.75ml), Natrum Sulphuricum 6X (1.0ml), Aspidosperma Q (1.0ml), and Carbo Vegetabilis 30X (0.5ml). Mechanism of action: Ipecacuanha 3X addresses coughs causing breathlessness, even suffocation, and spasmodic asthma. Aconitum Napellus 6X treats shortness of breath and near-suffocation attacks. Antimonium Tartaricum 6X targets shortness of breath with chest rattling. Arsenicum Album 6X alleviates chest tightness, pressure, and breathlessness with cough. Natrum Sulphuricum 6X is indicated for asthma triggered by colds. Aspidosperma Q stimulates respiratory centers, increasing respiration.
