Use: Severe dryness affecting the entire respiratory tract, characterized by hoarse, dry, burning cough; a barking, croup-like cough with constricted breathing; and difficulty swallowing liquids. Intense laryngeal pain triggered by throat irritation, accompanied by whole-body tremors during coughing fits. Each 5ml contains: Aconite Napellus 6X (1.00ml), Belladonna 6X (1.00ml), Bryonia 3X (1.00ml), Phosphorus 30X (0.25ml), Sulphur 6X (0.50ml), Calcarea Carb 30X (0.25ml), Chamomilla 12X (0.50ml), Hyoscyamus 30X (0.50ml). Mechanism: Aconitum Napellus 6X addresses hoarse, dry, croupy coughs, particularly worse at night. Belladonna 6X targets intense laryngeal pain, high-pitched voice, and moaning respirations.
