Uses: Fever recurring intermittently, atypical presentations following quinine use. Symptoms include minimal shivering followed by intense heat, nausea, vomiting, and shortness of breath; relapses linked to poor diet. Restlessness, both physical and mental, is present. Each 5 ml contains: Ipecacuanha 30X (1.00 ml), Aconite Napellus 6X (1.00 ml), Belladonna 6X (0.75 ml), Bryonia 3X (0.50 ml), Arsenicum Album 6X (0.75 ml), Eupatorium Perfoliatum 6X (1.00 ml). Mechanism: Ipecacuanha 30X addresses intermittent fever with prominent nausea and vomiting. Aconitum Napellus 6X targets intense, dry heat with extreme thirst and a rapid, strong pulse. Belladonna 6X is indicated for overall coldness and facial pallor. Arsenicum Album 6X treats chills without thirst, worsened by drinking, accompanied by pervasive heat. Eupatorium Perfoliatum 6X addresses chills along the spine exacerbated by the slightest movement, and prolonged fever with bone pain. Consult a physician before use.
