Combine 10 mL (one capful) of fruit and vegetable wash with one liter of water. Submerge produce for 30–60 seconds, gently rubbing with your hands before rinsing. Leafy greens require a slightly stronger solution: mix 10 mL (two capfuls) of wash into one liter of water. Submerge and gently agitate for 30–60 seconds, then rinse completely.
