SBL Arnica Act Spray harnesses homeopathically-selected ingredients to promote rapid pain relief from bruises, muscle aches, and stiffness resulting from injury. This convenient, easy-to-apply spray is ideal for first aid. Keep it readily available in your first-aid kit, sports bag, or gym bag. COMPOSITION: Arnica Montana 3X, Calendula Officinalis 3X, Hypericum Perforatum 3X, Symphytum Officinalis 3X. DIRECTIONS: Adults and children over 2 years: Spray affected area 2-3 times daily, or apply as a compress. For compresses, saturate a clean cloth, apply to the injury, secure with a bandage, and change 2-3 times daily. CAUTION: External use only. Do not apply to open wounds or mucous membranes; avoid eye contact. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if skin irritation occurs, symptoms worsen, recur, or persist beyond 72 hours.
