Arsenicum Trisulphide, a yellow arsenic sulfide preparation (also known as Arsenicum Sulphuratum Flavum), finds application in managing rheumatic complaints, sciatica, and leucoderma. Characteristic symptoms include sharp, tearing pains in the extremities, often described as needle-like, radiating outwards from the chest. Headache may be present, predominantly on the right side, accompanied by knee pain and sciatica. Other symptoms include a sticking sensation behind the ear, leucoderma (depigmentation of the skin), and skin irritation in the genital area. Dosage should strictly adhere to physician's instructions; it may be used concurrently with conventional medications. Observe a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drink, or medications).
