This remedy is suggested for: feelings of emptiness in the head, sunken eyes with dilated pupils and blurred vision; persistent dizziness; constant hunger with indigestion and weight loss; nocturnal vomiting; abdominal pain centered around the navel, accompanied by ineffective urges to defecate; anal itching; a dragging sensation in the vaginal area, as if a hernia were imminent; swelling resembling an umbilical hernia; chest tightness with sighing; pain between the shoulder blades, aggravated by clothing; itchy palms with a sensation of impending pimples; jaundiced skin; shoulder pain as if from carrying a heavy load; pain in all finger joints and a tearing sensation in the knee joint; and convulsive movements.
