Blue flag (Iris versicolor) is a homeopathic remedy derived from this perennial plant. Its uses may include addressing digestive issues such as appetite loss, intense burning sensations throughout the gastrointestinal tract, bloody and bile-tinged vomiting, excessive salivation, and a burning mouth and tongue feeling as if scalded. Watery diarrhea with anal and intestinal burning may also be treated.
