Potassium bichromate is the source of this homeopathic preparation. Its action is notably effective on mucous membranes – gastrointestinal lining, respiratory passages, and also impacts bone, kidney, heart, and liver tissues. Characteristic pain shifts rapidly between locations. Nasal symptoms include thick, tenacious, stringy yellow-green discharge; pain and pressure between the eyebrows and at the nasal tip; septal ulceration; anosmia; violent sneezing; and nasal congestion. Infants, particularly those plump and healthy, may exhibit symptoms similar to a common cold. Nasal pain may be sharp, localized at the root of the nose.
