Calcium silicofluoride, also called Lapis albus, originally sourced from German mineral springs, offers potential therapeutic benefits for various neoplasms, both benign and cancerous. Its applications include otitis media (external ear infections), uterine carcinoma, fibroids, goiter, and glandular disorders, particularly those affecting connective tissue. Symptoms such as burning and stinging sensations in the uterus, stomach, or breasts, alongside excessive hunger, may also respond to this remedy.
