This medication treats conjunctivitis. Symptoms may include a dry, coated, or brownish-white tongue with characteristically cracked, branching patterns, featuring a central fissure. Intense thirst is present, though even small amounts of warm or cold water induce epigastric distress. Following administration, patients experience nausea, vomiting, and persistent retching. Severe abdominal pain and tenderness develop, relieved by flexing the legs when lying on the side, and by extending the legs when supine. During the initial night, frequent bowel movements occur, initially dark brown, progressing to bloody stools. Subsequently, larger volumes of blood are observed in the stool, but without mucus. Medical oversight is mandatory.
