Leonurus cardiaca diluted preparation finds application in cases of conjunctivitis. Characteristic symptoms include a dry, coated, or brownish-white tongue exhibiting fissuring in a branching pattern, with a prominent central crack. Intense thirst is present, although even small amounts of warm or cold water induce epigastric discomfort. Vomiting and persistent nausea often follow ingestion. Severe abdominal pain, aggravated by palpation, finds relief from assuming a lateral recumbent position with legs drawn up or a supine position with legs extended. Frequent bowel movements, initially dark brown, progress to bloody stools (without mucus) during the initial night. Medical oversight is essential.
