This homeopathic preparation, also known as Indian tobacco, proves highly effective in tobacco cessation. Its alkaloid content, lobeline, contributes to muscle relaxation. Therapeutic benefits include relief from: vertigo and death anxiety; gastric headaches accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and profound weakness, worsening afternoons through midnight (often linked to tobacco use); dull, heavy ear pain; deafness stemming from suppressed discharge or eczema; throat pain; excessive salivation despite a healthy appetite; a metallic taste and white-coated tongue; nausea, vomiting, and stomach acidity.
