This homeopathic preparation, also recognized as Indian tobacco, proves highly effective in tobacco cessation. Its alkaloid content, lobeline, contributes to muscle relaxation. This remedy addresses conditions including: dizziness and death anxiety; gastric headaches accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and severe weakness, worsening from afternoon to midnight in tobacco users; dull, heavy earaches; deafness resulting from suppressed discharge or eczema; sharp throat pain; excessive salivation with a healthy appetite; a metallic taste and white-coated tongue; nausea, vomiting, and heartburn; asthma and gastrointestinal issues; dyspnea with chest pain; flatulence and postprandial shortness of breath; extreme nausea and vomiting; epigastric faintness and weakness; abundant salivation alongside good appetite; respiratory distress from chest tightness, exacerbated by exertion; a feeling of chest pressure or weight, relieved by brisk walking; cramp-like coughs, shortness of breath, and a choking sensation; and deep red urine with copious red sediment.
