Magnesium Phosphoricum acts as a potent antispasmodic, leveraging the body's inherent need for magnesium in various biological processes. Its rapid absorption facilitates its therapeutic use in conditions such as: headaches aggravated by mental exertion or cold exposure, migraines, vertigo exacerbated by movement (especially with forward falls upon eye closure), relieved by outdoor walks; sensations of internal fluidity or shifting brain matter, even a feeling of pressure like a cap on the head. Ear pain, particularly sharp neuralgia behind the right ear, worsened by cold exposure, is also responsive. Oral applications include relief from toothaches eased by warmth, teething discomfort in children, and tongue swelling. Abdominal pain associated with gas, relieved by warmth, pressure, or bending forward, alongside belching, may also benefit. Menstrual cramps featuring early, dark, and clotted menses, along with leg and finger spasms, respond well. Dosage should follow physician's instructions; concomitant use with conventional medications is permissible. Adverse effects are unreported.
