Magnesium Phosphoricum acts as a potent antispasmodic, leveraging the body's inherent need for magnesium in various physiological processes. Its rapid absorption facilitates its therapeutic application. This remedy effectively addresses: headaches aggravated by mental strain or cold exposure, migraines, and vertigo worsening with movement, especially upon eye closure (relieved by outdoor walks). Subjective sensations might include a feeling of internal fluidity, shifting brain parts, or a sensation of pressure like a cap on the head. It also helps alleviate intense neuralgic ear pain (particularly behind the right ear), earaches following cold exposure or cold water facial washing, toothaches soothed by warmth, teething pain in children, and tongue swelling. Abdominal discomfort, characterized by gas and pain relieved by warmth, pressure, or bending forward, accompanied by belching, responds well to this remedy. Menstrual cramps and colic, marked by early, dark, clotted menstruation, along with leg and finger cramps and spasms, are also amenable to treatment. Dosage should adhere to physician's instructions; concomitant use with conventional medications is permissible. No side effects are reported.
