This medication treats severe throat inflammation characterized by redness, swelling, intense pain, and uvular swelling, causing painful swallowing. Pain often radiates post-nasally with sharp ear pain. A burning sensation, significant swelling, and aggravation from light touch are common. It's also indicated for intense urethral burning, hot, scanty, suppressed, or bloody/greenish, albuminous urine; bladder tenesmus; and stabbing pain radiating from the urethra to the bladder. Post-urination perspiration is noted. Symptoms typically worsen in the evenings and nights, and after acidic foods/drinks, improving with rest. Always use under a doctor's guidance.
