This medication addresses severe throat inflammation characterized by redness, swelling, intense pain, and uvular swelling, causing painful swallowing. Pain is often concentrated in the post-nasal area, radiating sharply to the ears. A burning sensation accompanies significant swelling, exacerbated by light external pressure. It's also indicated for intense urethral burning, accompanied by hot, scanty, suppressed, or bloody/greenish, albuminous urine, bladder tenesmus, and stabbing pain extending from the urethra to the bladder. Post-urination perspiration is common. Symptoms generally worsen in the evenings and nights, and after acidic intake; improvement is noted during rest. Use only as directed by a physician.
