This medication treats severe throat inflammation characterized by redness, swelling, intense pain, and uvular swelling, causing painful swallowing. Pain often radiates post-nasally with sharp earaches. A burning sensation accompanies significant swelling, aggravated by light touch. It's also indicated for intense urethral burning, hot, scanty, or suppressed, possibly bloody or greenish, albuminous urine. Bladder tenesmus and stabbing pain extending from the urethra to the bladder are common. Post-urination perspiration is noted. Symptoms typically worsen in the evenings, nights, and after acid consumption, improving with rest. Use only as directed by a physician.
