This medication treats severe throat inflammation marked by redness, swelling, intense pain, and uvular swelling, causing painful swallowing. Pain is often concentrated in the post-nasal area, radiating sharply to the ears. A burning sensation accompanies significant swelling, worsened by slight external pressure. It's also indicated for intense urethral burning, with hot, scanty, suppressed, or bloody/greenish, albuminous urine; bladder tenesmus; and stabbing pain extending from the urethra to the bladder. Post-urination perspiration is common. Symptoms typically worsen in the evening and night, and after acid consumption, improving with rest. Use only under a doctor's guidance.
