This medication treats severe throat inflammation characterized by redness, swelling, intense pain, and uvular swelling, causing painful swallowing. Pain often radiates post-nasally and sharply into the ears. A burning sensation accompanies significant swelling, exacerbated by light external pressure. It's also indicated for intense urethral burning, accompanied by hot, scanty, suppressed, or bloody/greenish, albuminous urine. Bladder tenesmus and stabbing pain radiating from the urethra to the bladder are common. Post-urination perspiration is noted. Symptoms generally worsen in the evenings, nights, and after acid consumption, improving with rest. Use only as directed by a physician.
