Overview SBL Mercurius Cyanatus 0/15 LM

Mercury cyanide-derived Mercurius Cyanatus finds application in acute illnesses, notably respiratory and oral afflictions. Manifestations include intense agitation, angry outbursts, excessive speech; sunken eyes and pallor. Oral symptoms present as extensive ulcerations, a pale tongue, profuse salivation, foul breath, swollen and painful salivary glands, and gray membrane-coated mouth ulcers. Throat discomfort includes rawness, ulceration, spotty inflammation (especially in vocal users), hoarseness, and painful speech. Severe cases may involve necrotic palate and throat tissue breakdown. Other symptoms are intense throat redness, dysphagia, epistaxis, diphtheria (laryngeal and nasal), nausea, bilious or bloody vomiting, hiccups, abdominal pain and tenderness, intolerable rectal pain, perianal erythema, frequent hemorrhagic stools with tenesmus, foul-smelling gangrenous discharge, black stools, dark amber, painful, albuminous, and scanty urine, nephritis accompanied by severe weakness and chills, and urinary suppression. The skin may be clammy and icy cold. Dosage: As directed by a physician. Compatible with conventional treatments. Adverse effects: None reported. Precautions: Observe a 30-minute interval between ingestion and food, beverages, or other medications. Avoid strong-smelling substances (camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) before and during administration. Requires medical supervision.
