Overview SBL Mercurius Solubilis 0/2 LM
Mercurius Hydrargyrum, also known as Quicksilver, is a homeopathic remedy derived from purified mercury. Its efficacy stems from this preparation, ensuring safety and therapeutic benefit. Symptoms worsen nocturnally, with perspiration, bed warmth, and cold, damp conditions exacerbating complaints. Extreme sensitivity to temperature fluctuations is characteristic. Offensive body odors and discharges are common. A predisposition to ulceration, bleeding, and tissue breakdown is observed. Headaches are intense, accompanied by heat, inflammation, and a tight, bandaged sensation of the scalp. Stinging, burning, foul-smelling eruptions and hair loss may occur; the scalp often feels tense with oily perspiration. Eyes experience burning and corrosive discharge. This remedy is particularly suited for individuals whose work exposes them to heat, fire, or metalworking. Nosebleeds, foul-smelling and bloody nasal discharge, nasal bone destruction, and sneezing provoked by sunlight are common. A yellow-green, fetid, purulent nasal discharge may be present, along with nocturnal nosebleeds and copious corrosive mucus. Ears exhibit thick, yellow, fetid, and bloody discharge. Earaches worsen with bed warmth and present as nocturnal stabbing pains; boils in the external ear canal are possible. Excessive salivation, spongy gums, and a moist, yellow, flabby tongue are characteristic, along with halitosis. Intense thirst for cold drinks and constant hunger are present. The stomach is sensitive to palpation. Hiccough and regurgitation may occur. Tremors, paralysis, and nocturnal bone pain in the extremities are noted. Profuse perspiration offers no relief. Itching worsens with bed warmth. Fevers are accompanied by significant sweating without relief, and alternating localized heat flashes. Dosage should be as directed by a physician and can be used concurrently with conventional medications. A 30-minute interval should be maintained between this remedy and food, drink, or other medications. Strong odors (camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) should be avoided near the mouth prior to ingestion. No side effects have been reported. Use under professional medical guidance.
