Achillea millefolium, known as Yarrow, is a valuable treatment for hemorrhagic conditions. It effectively addresses various types of bleeding, including epistaxis, hematuria, and hemoptysis. Beneficial following trauma from falls or strenuous exertion, it's also supportive for post-surgical recovery from urolithiasis. Symptoms it may alleviate include a feeling of forgetfulness, dizziness with slow movement, and convulsions associated with amenorrhea. It's indicated for bleeding hemorrhoids, painful varicose veins during pregnancy, and excessively heavy menstrual bleeding characterized by prolonged bright red flow.
