Achillea millefolium, known as Yarrow, effectively addresses various hemorrhagic conditions. Its uses include epistaxis, hematuria, hemoptysis, and post-traumatic bleeding from falls or strenuous activity. Beneficial for post-surgical recovery from lithotripsy, it's also indicated for patients experiencing forgetfulness, vertigo exacerbated by slow movement, and convulsions associated with amenorrhea. It's helpful for hemorrhoidal bleeding, painful varicose veins during pregnancy, and exceptionally heavy, bright red menstrual bleeding lasting beyond the normal duration. A bloody cough may also accompany suppressed menses or hemorrhoids. Dosage should be as directed by a physician; compatible with conventional medications. No known side effects.
