Achillea millefolium, commonly called Yarrow, offers valuable therapeutic benefits for various hemorrhagic conditions. It's indicated for bleeding hemorrhoids, painful varicose veins during pregnancy, and excessively heavy, bright red menstrual bleeding. A bloody cough may also warrant its consideration, particularly when menstruation is absent or hemorrhoids are suppressed. Dosage should adhere to physician instructions; concomitant use with allopathic medications is permissible. No adverse effects are known.
