Known also as Musk, this homeopathic preparation originates from the musk deer. Characteristic symptoms include coldness, flatulence, and abdominal distension, particularly aggravated by cold temperatures and drafts. It's highly effective for convulsive fainting episodes. Mental symptoms present as uncontrollable laughter, palpitations, and anxiety. The patient may crave black coffee and stimulants while exhibiting food aversion due to loss of taste, often fainting after meals. Other symptoms include spasmodic hiccups. Males may experience heightened libido, premature aging, diabetic-related impotence, and nausea/vomiting post-coitus.
