Known also as Musk, this homeopathic preparation derives from musk deer. Characterized by cold sensitivity, abdominal distension, and flatulence, it's especially indicated when symptoms worsen with cold or exposure to air. Highly effective for convulsive syncope. Mentally, uncontrolled laughter, palpitations, and anxiety are prominent. Gastrically, a craving for black coffee and stimulants contrasts with aversion to other foods due to gustatory impairment; fainting post-prandially is common. Spasmodic hiccups are also observed. In males, increased libido alongside premature aging and diabetic-induced impotence are noted. Post-coital nausea and vomiting may occur. Females present with early, heavy menses, often accompanied by syncope. Respiratory difficulties include dyspnea, a cough that diminishes in severity with unexpectorated mucus.
