Known also as Musk, this homeopathic preparation derives from musk-producing deer. Characterized by coldness, flatulence, and abdominal distension, it's especially indicated when symptoms worsen with cold exposure or air sensitivity. Highly effective for fainting and convulsive episodes. Mentally, uncontrollable laughter, palpitations, and anxiety are prominent. Gastrointestinally, a craving for black coffee and stimulants contrasts with an aversion to other foods due to tastelessness; fainting post-meal is common. Spasmodic, nervous hiccups are also noted. In males, heightened libido alongside premature aging and diabetes-induced impotence are observed; nausea and vomiting after intercourse may occur.
