Suicidal ideation may be present. Gastrointestinal symptoms include a brownish, bitter tongue coating, emesis, dyspepsia, pyrosis, and flatulence. Hepatic tenderness, accompanied by sharp, stabbing pains, is common. Patients often find constrictive waist clothing intolerable. Loose, watery stools are worsened by wet conditions, often voluminous and accompanied by flatulence. This remedy addresses hepatitis, jaundice, and bilious vomiting. It's also indicated in post-traumatic meningitis and childhood asthma characterized by chest-holding during coughing fits. Chronic gout, particularly toe pain, and a predisposition to warts are further indications. Jaundice may present with watery blisters.
